Pioneer Group of Companies, with its affiliate Pioneer International Projects Management, one of the leading project management consultants in UAE, announces the establishment of a new company to add to its renowned brand. While the name and location of the venture is yet to be disclosed, the company shares that its focus will be on training and development in the specialized fields of project management and arbitration.

This internationally recognized firm provides high-quality project management products and services for clients across various industries in the gulf region; its operation has grown within the recent years to establish offices in Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia (with plans of further expansion ongoing).

Its key project management services include project planning, financial planning, construction claims analysis, contract management, quality management, engineering service, and health, safety and environment management systems.

The latest venture now offers training and development in project management and arbitration. Large infrastructure and construction projects that involve supply contracts, leases, employment and partnerships can easily become entangled in disputes. There are legal methods for finding suitable solutions to such disputes, and arbitration is an example of a simple and cost-effective method of settlement.

Arbitration is an essential aspect of successful project management, which is why Pioneer IPM elected to give it due importance throughout its years of operation. In 2010, the international project management consultants organized a successful event that provided a comprehensive arbitration training course at the Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The five-day training course (which took place from May 15 to 20, 2010) brought together 50 participants from all over Abu Dhabi as well as six distinguished guest speakers from Egypt.

"We implement only the best and the latest construction and project management methods conforming to international standards or project management. At the same time, we continue our focus on improvements to the quality of our service," says Managing Director Dr. Raa'ed Arafat Al Tartouri.

"Pioneer’s vision is to continually implement and maintain the highest levels of quality, integrity, and efficiency in the services provided to our clients. Pioneer aims to become a leading Projects Management Services provider and aspires to be a key contributor to the growth of management awareness."
