Microsoft gold partners TVision Technology and Crimson are delighted to be supporting Microsoft's round table event showcasing solutions specifically for the recruitment industry. Scheduled for January 2015, the event is designed to provide inspiration for Recruitment Industry IT strategies from the experts in delivering to the industry.

Microsoft ERP Gold partner, TVision Technology focuses exclusively on implementations of Dynamics NAV and has developed Agency Time, a bespoke solution on the Dynamics NAV platform for the recruitment industry. Mercury xRM from Microsoft Gold CRM partner Crimson is cloud-based front office recruitment software powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The round table event to be held at Microsoft's Customer Briefing Centre in central London will present fully integrated Microsoft solutions working harmoniously across platforms and devices.

“At the Recruitment World Leaders event earlier this year there was a lot of talk about technology that could react to the demands of the modern recruitment agency, both in terms of consultants' expectations and business needs,” said Nicki Stewart, TVision Technology. “We knew nearly all the frustrations expressed with current systems could be addressed and so we asked Microsoft to help spread the news.”

The Round Table sessions will explore solutions that meet the specific operational needs of both front office applicant tracking/vacancy management and back office pay/bill and accounts. Nicki Stewart continues, “Solutions to meet the operational needs are not unique, nor are partners who understand the industry. The core difference of this proposition is the Microsoft factor."

The Microsoft factor benefits organisations through:

  • a global pool of talent within support organisations as well as individuals,
  • the continuing development of Microsoft solutions particularly with regard to mobile devices and the extensive development of cloud solutions, and
  • the comprehensive integration of Microsoft products

“We are delighted to be hosting this event,” Phil Newman, Channel Manager, Microsoft UK. ”At Microsoft, we firmly believe that flexible solutions that can easily meet the needs of a dynamic workforce in a fast-paced industry make it a winning combination for recruitment agencies.”
