Portland, ME (PRWEB) July 30, 2014

Recruiting Trends, the leading source for providing best practices and bold strategies for the hiring process, announced today that the annual International Association of Employment Web Sites (IAEWS) Fall Congress will take place prior to Recruiting Trends Conference. The co-location provides a unique opportunity for attendees of both events to come together and discuss the current state and future of the employment marketplace.

“We’re thrilled that IAEWS is taking place alongside Recruiting Trends Conference,” said RD Whitney, Recruiting Trends Executive Director. “The association’s membership base represents employment sites that directly serve recruiters worldwide – a perfect complement to Recruiting Trends Conference attendees.”

Recruiting Trends Conference will be held October 28-30 at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The event brings together leaders in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, and human resources to network, exchange ideas, and share best practices and bold strategies for the hiring process. The conference features a mix of presentations, workshops, networking opportunities, and peer-to-peer discussion. The main conference program has been approved for 11 credit hours through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Keynote presentations will be delivered by Peter Cappelli, Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources, and Dr. John Sullivan, HR thought leader and author. General sessions include presentations from leaders at Pandora, Time Warner Cable, JWT, Cognizant, Bloomberg BNA and more.

“We’re especially pleased to be collocating our Fall Congress with a conference of the caliber of Recruiting Trends," said IAEWS Executive Director Peter Weddle. “Having both conferences in the same place at the same time will undoubtedly promote dialogue, understanding, and operational excellence among all of those in attendance.”

The IAEWS Fall Congress will explore the three MEGATRENDS affecting the online employment services industry: job aggregation, people aggregation, and evolving business models. It will feature special interest group discussions for commercial niche sites, association career centers, general employment sties, and job board partners, as well as panel discussions by business leaders in the industry and Keynotes by Ian Siegel, the CEO of ZipRecruiter.com, and Arte Nathan, perhaps the best known recruiting executive in business today.
