National Association of Professional Women Announces Megan Davis Lightman, President, The Davis Consulting Group, Inc., 2014 VIP Woman of the Year

Today, Ms. Lightman is a successful organizational development consultant, highly skilled in strategic planning; board leadership development, governance and decision-making; management and leadership evolution; business communication; conflict resolution; team development and executive coaching.
In 1995, Ms. Lightman founded The Davis Consulting Group in Chicago, IL and relocated the company’s headquarters to Tucson, AZ in 2002. She and her team of industry experts work with CEOs, boards of directors and leadership teams across the country. Together, they create innovative and strategic corporate visions and missions and help company leaders develop and implement strategic plans that yield results.
From those family board room meetings, Ms. Lightman learned that everyone’s opinion matters. She realizes employees, investors and shareholders alike will be more likely to support decisions they are a part of.
