We are thrilled to be first to market and look forward to the added benefits for both our existing clients and new prospects. The app provides another touch point for our customers to stay informed about Sunesys.
Warrington, PA (PRWEB) February 17, 2014
Today, Sunesys announces a new mobile application for iOS and Android devices. Aptly named the “Sunesys” app and currently available in the iTunes app store, with future availability for Android users, existing and new customers will find the latest route maps, news & events and more.
The app features an interactive map with numerous layers that display Sunesys’ fiber footprint and routes as well as office locations. Contact information for each department and geographic location, and reference documents including escalation lists by area and unscheduled outage policies can also be found. In addition, existing customers may submit trouble tickets which transmit directly to our Network Operations Center.
“We are thrilled to be first to market and look forward to the added benefits for both our existing clients and new prospects. The app provides another touch point for our customers to stay informed about Sunesys and an aid for them to contact us, file any network issues, review our maps – you name it,” states Alan Katz, Senior Vice President of Sunesys.
Sunesys plans for future app upgrades to include integration of our customer portal, the capability to request a custom quote, iPad and tablet version optimization and other additional features.
