TIGERS® Success Series Announces Breakthrough Team Building Event and Workshop for Team Leaders and HR Professionals
Bend, Oregon (PRWEB) August 07, 2014 -- TIGERS® Success Series announced today that there are only a few spots remaining for its upcoming team building event and workshop for team leaders, human resource professionals, directors, project managers and training executives.
The 2.5-day program entitled The 6 Principles That Build High Performance Teams in Bend, Oregon will be placing a strong emphasis on a principle-based behavior approach to team development and incorporates action-planning methods designed to accelerate positive business outcomes.
“Group dynamic researchers report that new teams have only a 50% or less chance of succeeding without an optimized team process,” explained TIGERS® founder Dianne Crampton. “Effective leaders who know how to ignite employee commitment for cooperative team behavior and accountability for clear team outcomes consistently beat these odds, and this program will help to bring about this type of employee commitment over the long term.”
The 6 Principles That Build High Performance Teams program will enable leaders to discover how to build clear and more successful team outcomes, while optimizing team commitment and engagement for productive results.
“Attendees will also learn how to leverage team decisions to forge a more cooperative, respectful and loyal work community, as well as finding out ways to eliminate stress and frustration on teams,” said Tony Lacertosa, Founder of Peerless Leadership Development Consulting of Scarborough, Maine and TIGERS Master Trainer. “This will be accomplished by learning to build agreements that help people cooperate and collaborate to achieve mission-perfect results.”
Lacertosa continued, “This team building event is one critical step forward for successful workforce training in our ongoing effort to keep high levels of team development skills and training mechanisms an integral part of our nation’s employment infrastructure.”
Crampton and Lacertosa will be the workshop leaders. Dianne Crampton developed the TIGERS® Team Development System from her original research in psychology, education and business group dynamics. Her validated methods have helped leaders through change and team development initiatives that measurably improve workforce cooperation and team success for over 20 years.
Tony Lacertosa brings his expertise in the scientific methods of problem-solving to team solutions. Being scientifically trained, he endorses TIGERS® methods because they are validated, research-based, and measure the quality of trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success in team behavior.
“With the US facing a skills and workforce shortage and falling behind other countries in manufacturing, while student loan debt skyrockets, we need this type of team building activity now more than ever,” said Crampton.
The 6 Principles That Build High Performance Teams program is scheduled for September 10-12 in Bend, Oregon. Registrations are still being accepted as of this writing, but seating is strictly limited.
