Rhino Security Labs Celebrates Release of New Security Service
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) March 27, 2014 -- Rhino Security Labs, a leading provider of IT security services, announced the release of their new service, Rhino WebSecure, designed to protect websites and visitors from malware and hacker attacks. The service is also targeted at boosting customer confidence via a security seal, confirming the security posture of WebSecure customer sites.
With website attacks on the rise, the company saw a need from site owners and visitors for strengthened security to manage the risk and anxiety surrounding online transactions.
The company’s co-founder and principal consultant, Benjamin Caudill, spoke about what makes WebSecure different from competing products: “We saw a need for integrating meaningful security testing with a trusted web seal. SMBs not only want to ensure their site is secure, but use their security status to help drive customer engagement. That's what we're here to do."
Caudill went on to explain that WebSecure’s proof of security seal uses anti-spoofing technology to ensure site visitors only see the WebSecure seal when a site has been certified secure.
In conjunction with the release of WebSecure, the company has also announced they will be donating the service to qualifying non-profit institutions in order to provide these organizations with a similar level of security as their commercial counterparts.
