Questline announced this week the hiring of Lisa Farina as Content Director and Susan Kownacki as Account Director. Each brings more than 15 years of experience in their respective fields to Questline. Lisa’s content management experience will provide great direction and strategy to Questline, the largest provider of energy utility content. Susan will use her marketing and account management experience to help Questline’s utility clients plan their communications calendar and strategy.

Lisa Farina joins Questline from The Ohio State University, where she was responsible for producing a range of materials as well as creating detailed communication plans. She brings experience in writing engaging copy for all brand channels, managing copywriting work for more than 80 clients in various industries, and developing consistent brand messaging. At Questline, Lisa will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s digital-content services including the production of energy-utility focused content, the delivery of agency-oriented copywriting deliverables, and strategic and planning services.
Susan Kownacki comes to Questline from Blue Sky Tours, a division of the Mark Travel Corporation where she served as Director of Marketing. There she orchestrated campaigns exceeding ROI goals and achieved new customer engagement as high as 15-25% of campaign participation. Previously, with Dymun + Company Susan managed a diverse set of clients from a variety of industries, including gas and electric utilities. Susan’s experience will help Questline continue to be a strategic communications partner with its utility industry clients, implementing client initiatives and developing strategic communications approaches.
