CCRA today announced the acquisition of the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) and Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration Systems, Inc (TRUE Coding System). Each entity will continue to be run separately and these entities will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CCRA. Founders of OSSN and TRUE, Gary and Melody Fee, will remain in their roles as President and Vice President, respectively and will report to Peter E. Pincus, Chief Commercial Officer of CCRA.

Celebrating its 13th year of serving the travel industry, The Travel Retailer Universal Enumeration (TRUE) Program's sole purpose is to provide travel agencies that meet the certification criteria with assigned travel industry numeric codes that are recognized by the travel supplier community, including cruise lines, tour operators, hoteliers, and car rental companies. The recognition of the TRUE Code by travel suppliers allows travel agencies the privilege of booking travel products and services directly with travel industry suppliers and being compensated a commission directly by the supplier.
