The payment processing industry is an ever-changing, ever-evolving landscape and I am happy to represent our company and our customers, among this national group.

Cliff Torrence, Founder, President and CEO at Retriever of Jackson, has been elected to serve on the National Advisory Board of Approval Payment Solutions, an industry provider of electronic, credit and payment processing solutions for mid and small size businesses.

Torrence will be one of six individuals from across the United States to serve on the APS advisory board. APS enables merchants to accept credit and debit cards, EBT, gift cards, fleet cards and checks safely and efficiently. APS also provides ACH Transaction Clearing, Internet Processing and Prepaid Visa Gift Card Programs. Banks, Business Partners, Sales Agents and Merchants of all industry types utilize APS for various payment processing needs.

Retriever of Jackson was established in 2001 and serves thousands of credit card processing customers and businesses from point-of-sale credit and debit cards and electronic check processing to integrated, web-based solutions. Last year, nearly 75% of all transactions in the U.S. were made electronically with either credit cards, electronic checks or drafts.
