Building a Connected Business Integration Ecosystem
The interactive workshop is designed for enterprise architects, IT managers, CIOs and service-oriented architecture (SOA) experts. The session examines how to effectively build a connected business integration ecosystem that can grow revenue and outperform peers by increasing customer engagement, enhancing productivity and seizing market opportunity with an open source approach.

WSO2 Workshop Series Presenters
Kasun Indrasiri is a WSO2 software architect on the WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus team. In addition to his product development efforts, he has provided technology consulting on customer engagements, from QuickStart programs to solutions for integrating Web services, SAP, FIX, and mobile services. Kasun is an elected member of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF), serving as a Project Management Committee (PMC) member and committer for the Apache Synapse open source ESB project.
Ruchira Wageesha is a WSO2 associate technical lead on the WSO2 User Engagement Server and WSO2 Enterprise Store product teams. In addition to his product development efforts, Ruchira has provided development support and technology consulting on customer engagements, including customer QuickStart programs focused on WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus, WSO2 Application Server and WSO2 API Manager.
Kuala Lumpur Co-Presenters
Craig Richards, director of group operations and delivery at SLA Mobile, is responsible for SLA Mobile’s development and integration projects worldwide. He has over 15 years experience working across Europe and Asia for leading telecommunications and media companies, where he architected and implemented cutting-edge mobile platforms.
Amos Manasseh, director of media and group strategy at Axiata, leads Axiata’s group API initiative. He has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications, media and digital entertainment industries. Amos has built, launched and operated several innovative cross-platform digital entertainment services encompassing video on demand (VOD), e-commerce, TV and online multiplayer gaming services worldwide.
Sydney Co-Presenters
Simon Herbert, program director at Industrie IT, specializes in business transformation delivery with both portfolio and program management expertise. He has over 26 years of experience working in financial services, telecommunications and information technology around the globe.
Bruce Haefele, chief architect at Healthdirect, leads Healthdirect’s technology strategy, project delivery and operations. He has extensive experience in international government and health domains, working in integration and middleware spaces using both commercial and open source products.
