The Electronic Security Association (ESA) is pleased to announce that Dan Schawbel, managing partner of Millennial Branding, will headline the Tuesday general session at the ESA Leadership Summit, held Feb. 8-11 in Phoenix, Ariz.
Schawbel, a two-time bestselling author and columnist at TIME and Forbes, will discuss best practices related to attracting, managing and maintaining millennials in a general session entitled, “Building the Workforce of Tomorrow: How to Recruit, Retain & Grow Your Young Talent.” Schawbel will use case studies and research to give attendees knowledge and actionable steps that will help their companies motivate tomorrow’s workforce. The invigorating session will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 and is a must attend event for managers, human resource leaders and business owners. The session is graciously sponsored by Altronix, one of ESA’s Silver Executive Strategic Partners.
After the general session, the conversation continues in a related seminar presented by Schawbel and sponsored by Telguard. Seminar attendees will get a deeper look at ways to implement new strategies to entice and retain young talent; how to save on hiring costs by getting the most out of current employees; and methods for effectively managing millennials.
