PremierPoint Solutions Announces New SharePoint Training Classes for Remainder of 2014

- To work with data fields, form controls and form options using time-saving, streamlined techniques
- To publish InfoPath forms to a SharePoint Server form library with or without Forms Services
- To customize SharePoint list forms with InfoPath
- To use InfoPath rules to automate form completion and provide a dynamic user experience
- To write powerful, complex custom workflows without code using SharePoint Designer 2013
- To design and troubleshoot workflows using Visio 2013
- To use the enhanced functionality of the SharePoint 2013 workflow platform
Business Intelligence Training –The Microsoft Self-Service BI Toolset runs for three days, Dec. 10-12, in Nashville and live online. After completing this course, students will be able to:

- Use SharePoint Server 2010 for enterprise content management
- Automate basic business processes using SharePoint workflow
- Use the personalization and social computing features in SharePoint Server 2010 (including My Sites)
- Manage an organization’s digital assets
- Unleash the power of enterprise search

- Work with a document set as though it were a single document (a loan document packet is a good example)
InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010 No-Code Workflow Deep Dive is a four-day course available Oct. 21-14 and Dec. 16-19 in Nashville and live online. It teaches students how to:
- Use InfoPath 2010 to create business forms
- Understand best practices for form design in general and InfoPath in particular
- Publish InfoPath forms to a SharePoint Server with or without Forms Services
- Write complex workflows using SharePoint Designer 2010
- Include external data in InfoPath forms
- Convert existing Word and Excel forms to InfoPath forms
- Work with digital signatures
- Submit InfoPath data to an external database for reporting
Designing SharePoint Document Management and Records Management Systems in SharePoint 2010 takes place Nov. 11-14 in Nashville and live online. After completing this four-day course students will be able to:
- Understand the concepts, features and technologies that are available for creating document management systems in SharePoint 2010
- Create content models to understand the roles of documents in the organization and serve as a roadmap for building the system in SharePoint 2010
- Create de-centralized document management systems that use single location sites, libraries, metadata and document sets

SharePoint 2013 for Project Management takes place Nov. 3-5 in Dallas, Texas, and Dec. 8-10 in Chicago, Ill. This intensive three-day instructor-led course will show attendees how to use SharePoint 2013 as a project management information system, including task management using the new task features and integration with Microsoft Project, coordinating resources, communicating project updates to stakeholders and the most efficient ways to organize sites.
