Implementing an API façade pattern is critical to the success of an API ecosystem.
Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) January 14, 2014
Implementing an API façade pattern is critical to the success of an API ecosystem and its ability to support future expansion, scalability and deployment constraints. To support this effort, WSO2 will present a webinar examining how IT professionals can take advantage of an API façade pattern to optimize API management best practices and service-oriented architecture (SOA) integrity using WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Business Activity Monitor (BAM).
API Façade Patterns with the WSO2 API Management Platform
WSO2 Vice President of Solutions Architecture Asanka Abeysinghe will present the webinar, “Implementing API Façade Using WSO2 API Management Platform.” Asanka will begin by reviewing how an API façade applies the fundamental layered architecture and abstracts the complex mediation requirements to help facilitate API management. Then he will present an API façade reference architecture and discuss the implementation details of using WSO2 API Manager in combination with WSO2 BAM. Additionally, he will examine an API-centric SOA, heterogeneous service platforms, service bindings, and various façade patterns. Finally, Asanka will present a demo to illustrate the concepts presented.
The one-hour technical webinar will be held Wednesday, January 22, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PST. Visit http://wso2.com/library/webinars/2014/01/implementing-api-facade-using-wso2-api-management-platform to learn more.
