WSO2 to Present Chennai Workshop on Optimizing Application Development With the WSO2 Carbon Enterprise Middleware Platform

Application Development Best Practices with WSO2 Carbon
The workshop is designed for application designers and developers, as well as IT managers and architects. It will explore how to rapidly develop state-of-the-art Web applications while employing agile processes using the WSO2 Carbon platform.
The workshop will examine how WSO2 Carbon addresses the key demands that enterprise software developers face: time to market, development agility, maintainability, extensibility and testability. Additionally, the session will dive into several software development and management scenarios, including how to:
• Take advantage of JavaScript to quickly build both Web applications and REST-style services.
• Manage Web applications, JAX-WS/RS applications, and Jaggery JavaScript applications in one place.
• Strengthen monitoring, security, statistics and lifecycle management for Web applications.

• Use WSO2 App Factory for agile cloud-based application lifecycle management.
• Expose existing applications and client applications as APIs.

Sumedha Rubasinghe is WSO2 director of API architecture. In this role, he focuses on the development of WSO2 API Manager.
