This adventure begins in Istanbul, an enchanting city set along two continents that beckons to be explored. After a short flight to Izmir, travelers will be whisked away to Kusadasi to embark on a captivating 3-night Louis Cruises Greek Island cruise. Next stop is Patmos, where the Apostle John is said to have dictated the bible’s Book of Revelation. Travelers can explore remnants of an ancient Minoan civilization in Crete, then visit Santorini, a breathtaking island with cliff-side villages overlooking a volcanic caldera and near endless azure seas. In Greece’s capital, Athens, travelers can uncover the cradle of Western civilization, and continue along to Mykonos, known for its white-washed houses, myriad of churches, and lively tavernas. Travelers will arrive in Istanbul where remains of the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires await.
