From consumer lending to sales, Ms. Planchiunas manages a team of professionals who provide consumers with expert financial advice and quality service that customers come to expect from a financial institution such as Citizens Bank.
Before joining Citizens Bank, Ms. Planchiunas held the position of Assistant Branch Manager at the Bank of America. There, she honed expert skills and business acumen such as team building, management, negotiation, credit and risk management, all of which she uses daily in her current role at Citizens Bank.
