Rene Bazzar has been in her current position as a practice administrator for six years. She manages a medical staff of 16 employees and is responsible for efficient procedure implementation, guideline regulation and setting protocols for all departments within her jurisdiction. Her knowledge and expertise in insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, is unsurpassed, as well as her contract writing and the credentialing of physicians.
“Listening is my biggest asset – it is needed to really work with every situation,” says Ms. Bazzar who loves helping patients and trying to make a hard day easier. Working in an industry replete with government restraints has helped Ms. Bazzar become known for turning obstacles into stepping-stones to success.
