The future is being able to not only find and utilize the latest technology but add capabilities that enhance the learning experience. eLogic's system does that and more. It's interconnectivity that works. - Craig Weiss, E-Learning 24/7

eLogic Learning (eLogic) was recognized in the Top Ten NextGen LMS list for 2015-2016 by E-Learning 24/7. eLogic’s eSSential Learning Management System (LMS) was ranked in fifth place on the list.

The list and rankings were compiled by E-Learning 24/7’s CEO, Craig Weiss, who was named the world’s most influential person in eLearning in 2015. Weiss analyzes over 645 LMSs each year and publishes an annual Top 50 LMS report. Included in his analysis are a number of special LMS categories with their own separate rankings.

For three consecutive years, eLogic’s eSSential LMS has been named in E-Learning 24/7’s overall Top 10 LMS list, and positioned in third for 2015. eLogic has also been recognized in numerous special categories including Top B2B/B2C, Healthcare, Retail and Mid-Size LMS. The Top 10 NextGen LMS list announced last week marks eLogic’s first appearance in the NextGen category.

Weiss defines a NextGen LMS as a system with a modern design that leverages technology in a way that makes the distribution and consumption of information more intuitive, collaborative and simple. A NextGen LMS accomplishes this by adapting to the way technology (such as smartphones, video, etc.) changes how people live and work.

According to Weiss, eLogic’s eSSential LMS made the Top 5 for multiple reasons. The company is launching a new user interface (UI) design later this year which is an important component of the system’s evolution into a NextGen LMS. However, Weiss states that aside from the new, modern design, the system’s technical capabilities and continuous enhancements are just as, if not more important in creating the NextGen experience.

Weiss states, "The future is being able to not only find and utilize the latest technology but add capabilities that enhance the learning experience. eLogic's system does that and more. It's interconnectivity that works."

“We’re honored by E-Learning 24/7’s assessment of eSSential as a Top NextGen LMS,” says eLogic’s CEO, Mark Anderson. “This project has been a significant milestone for eLogic, and we’re grateful to the clients and industry experts who supported us during the testing process. Our product development team continually pushes our system forward, and the end result is an incredible UI look and feel that complements our Best of Breed LMS functionality. We will continue to evolve our system while providing clients with world-class customer support.”
