Business Continuity, Security and Crisis Management specialist Cobalt has been recognised by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), becoming one of only four companies in the world to achieve entry into its Hall of Fame.

Cobalt has joined the BCI Hall of Fame

To achieve entry into the BCI Hall of Fame is a realisation of our determination to develop world-class solutions and be a global leader in our industry

Recognition at this level not only highlights the dedication a company has to its industry but also shows the organisation’s determination to year-on-year maintain its hard work and continuously create innovative products of the highest standard. Cobalt’s visionary Crisis Management suite has also been awarded The Middle East Business Continuity Innovation of the Year by the BCI in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Founded in 2008, Cobalt is a trusted provider of innovative, advanced, resilient Business Continuity solutions to blue-chip companies across the world. With offices in Canada, UAE and the UK, Cobalt’s mission is to revolutionise crisis management and business continuity; listening with empathy and shaping its solutions to anticipate and manage ever-changing demands and challenges. In the current global climate, the need for corporate resilience is at its peak. Threats are omnipresent and include cyber-attacks, severe weather, generic IT incidents, terrorist attacks and natural disasters; having an accessible and achievable strategy for any eventuality significantly reduces interruption impacts.

Jean-François Plante, Cobalt founder and CEO said: “To achieve entry into the BCI Hall of Fame is a realisation of our determination to develop world-class solutions and be a global leader in our industry. From day one, the Cobalt team has worked with a clear focus on innovation and quality, with the BCI and its members, principal in our endeavours. There is a lot of marketing strategy in our industry but for Cobalt, it starts and ends with talking to people. People, with their unique experiences, shared concerns and organisational needs, give us our market vision and enable us to listen and provide answers with our technology; this validation is testament to our vision and we are incredibly proud.”
