Dahn Yoga/ Body & Brain Centers across the country invite their communities to become “Healthier Together” with free workshops designed to help participants discover the relationship between their stress levels and their overall health. Each month’s workshop will address a specific area of concern. This month’s topic is Brain Health for Stress-Free Living.
Interested persons are encouraged to bring friends or family members to the monthly open house and active participation workshops where they will learn how stress affects all aspects of their lives. Specific techniques for stress reduction will be taught and participants and will learn to ‘turn on’ the body’s relaxation and healing mode.
