Stress Reduction and Healthy Digestion Featured in Nationwide Dahn Yoga Workshop Series

Beginning April 4, 2015, Dahn Yoga centers nationwide host their second monthly workshop from Dahn Yoga’s “Healthier Together” campaign, which offers simple tools for reducing stress and improving lives. In recognition of National IBS Awareness Month, April’s focus is improving digestive health.

Dahn Yoga Hosts Second Workshop in Healthier Together Series at Locations Nationwide

The workshop will offer holistic health and energetic principles behind digestion and will also educate participants on mindful eating practices and other exercises for optimal digestive health.

To learn useful stress reduction techniques, join Dahn Yoga on April 4, 2015, as centers nationwide host their second monthly workshop from Dahn Yoga’s national health campaign, “Healthier Together.” Last month, Dahn Yoga officially launched “Healthier Together” as a year-long health campaign that raises awareness and teaches practical solutions for common health concerns each month.

The theme for April is “Heat Up Your Abdomen,” as the topic will be about digestive health in recognition of National IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Awareness Month. The workshop will offer holistic health and energetic principles behind digestion and will also educate participants on mindful eating practices and other exercises for optimal digestive health. Dahn Yoga centers typically host these monthly workshops on the first Saturday of each month. Some select locations host the events on additional Saturdays. The workshops are free and open to the public.
