We know the presence of a mentor in a child’s life can make the difference whether they go on to graduate from college or end up in prison as an adult, that is why we want to do everything we can to help guide the youth of our community to a better path

With a new community program in the North Missouri area, American Insurance Agencies has teamed up with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and announced a new charity campaign to raise funds to support children and families that face adverse situations such as living in poverty, having a parent in prison, and single parent homes, just to name a few examples. Big Brothers Big Sisters was created to provide these children with hope for a brighter future, seeing that their academic performance is usually affected negatively. Their mission is for the youth of this community to not only stay in school, but to also provide them with support and encouragement so they may enjoy the benefits of building self-confidence and healthy relationships. American Insurance Agencies is starting this campaign to help provide the at-risk youth of this community with the guidance they need. Donations to the family can now be made through the campaign’s page at http://www.americaninsurancepro.net/Big-Brothers-Big-Sisters-_13_community_cause.

Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, American Insurance Agencies marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency recently launched their master charity program, which the current campaign is part of, electing every 30-60 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive support.

The agency will promote the current campaign over the course of the next 30-60 days, through its social media channels, email and text message communications, as well as through a monthly magazine, delivered to thousands of households in Missouri, where the agency currently operates. Our Hometown magazine reserves a full page to feature the campaign and details of the cause. The electronic Flipbook version of the current issue can be accessed here: http://www.americaninsurancepro.net/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39

To join American Insurance Agencies in supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, donors are encouraged to visit http://www.americaninsurancepro.net/Big-Brothers-Big-Sisters-_13_community_cause, and also share the page with friends and family. Contributors may be acknowledged for their donations through the agency’s monthly magazine.

Once the current campaign is over, American Insurance Agencies will continue to work closely with Big Brothers Big Sisters and other nonprofit organizations in the area to make sure resources are directed to capable hands that can help better the local community, one family or person at a time.
