Cary Brownley Joins Hunt Mortgage Group as Director
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 31, 2014 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a commercial real estate lender, announced today that Cary Brownley has joined the firm as Director to help expand its FHA lending platform. Brownley will be based in the firm’s Tysons Corner, Virginia office and will lead FHA multifamily and healthcare loan closings for the entire firm. She will report to Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Hoffer, who is based in New York.
Brownley is the sixth recent hire by Hunt Mortgage Group as part of the firm’s expansion of its FHA platform. Earlier this fall, Jeff Jones joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Fortunat (Forty) Semadeni was hired as Director and Chief FHA MAP Underwriter, Jenifer Williams became Director and Deputy Chief Underwriter for LEAN, Adrienne Barrow was named LEAN Underwriter and Erik Kennedy LEAN Processor.

Brownley comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from Wells Fargo. There she was responsible for all aspects of FHA loan closing related to the issuance of Ginnie Mae MBS. Prior to Wells Fargo, Brownley spent 11 years with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage in a similar capacity, and 11 years at PMC Financial Services where she was responsible for overseeing loan servicing and asset management for HUD coinsured loans, and managed construction loans until they were converted at final endorsement.
Brownley earned a BA in Business Communication from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia.
