Novogradac & Company LLP Welcomes Jeff Nishita to the Partnership
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) January 02, 2015 -- San Francisco-based accounting and consulting firm Novogradac & Company LLP has welcomed Jeff Nishita to the partnership. The firm, which specializes in affordable housing, community development, historic preservation and renewable energy tax credits, has 44 partners in 18 offices nationwide. Mr. Nishita works out of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Nishita performs numerous services in the real estate industry, including audit and tax services, consulting, forecasting and training. He works with for-profit and nonprofit developers, syndicators and direct investors. Mr. Nishita speaks at various affordable housing conferences throughout the year and is a technical editor for some of the firm’s special reports. In addition, Mr. Nishita is in charge of maintaining the firm’s Financial Forecast Model. He is also the founder of the firm’s community service program and one of the founders of the firm’s LIHTC Working Group, a membership organization that addresses technical issues in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Prior to joining Novogradac & Company LLP, Mr. Nishita worked with several start-up companies and small businesses in executive positions. He graduated from Santa Clara University, receiving an MBA with concentrations in operations, entrepreneurship, managing technology and innovation and finance. He also received a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is licensed in California as a certified public accountant.
The firm also welcomed Eric Barnett of the Walnut Creek office, Thomas Stagg of the Seattle office, and Matt Meeker and Dirk Wallace of the Dover, Ohio, office to the partnership.
