Appetizers featuring fresh white truffles, fresh black truffles and Black River Russian Caviar will be served at the tasting event, along with Champagne.
Olga Urbani, the President of Urbani Tartufi in Italy, will speak about truffles and the fascinating Urbani Tartufi story.
