Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) December 31, 2014
As we end 2014, Michigan’s economy appears to be rebounding as described by Comerica Bank’s Michigan Economic Activity Index, reaching a ten-year high. It was nearly ten years ago when CEO and chief engineer, John Stinson, launched his first product for Clear Image Devices, his medical equipment manufacturing company, headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Often working on designs in collaboration with medical professionals across the country, Clear Image Devices manufactures a variety of radiographic positioning equipment. 2014 has proven to be a particularly lucrative year for CiD, which has seen record sales lead to hiring additional staff. Driving the sales are innovative new designs launched just this year, such as the ultrasound exam step platform, which is used for ultrasound exams of the legs. CEO, John Stinson, states that the demand for new designs comes directly from his already established customer base, with whom he maintains an open rapport about their product needs.
New for 2015 is an increased effort to build a stronger international dealership network. Clear Image Devices has already seen a steady increase in international sales, shipping several times a week to locations all over the globe, and are prepared to launch new initiatives to increase foreign sales this coming year. Additional products are also expected to be ready for release, and will soon be available through medical equipment dealers and online.
Clear Image Devices has also developed a strong alliance with Siemens who are offering one of Clear Image Devices panel protectors with the purchase of specific Siemens products. Although Clear Image Devices has seen sales growth every year, 2014 seems to have set the stage for the Clear Image Devices brand to be inside every hospital in the United States. Promotions for educational institutions, as well as dealer promotions, are all in the works for 2015. Clear Image Devices’ sales and marketing administrator, Kristine Squiers, states that “I have full confidence that Clear Image Devices will easily see a ten percent increase in sales in 2015, but we are really expecting it to be closer to twenty-five percent”.
