Caddis Capital Investments LLC, with a charter to provide private investors with exclusive access to unique, high-yield investments, is pleased to announce the closing of a $10.8 million portfolio that includes Paradise Valley Ranch, a 168-unit, age-55+ active-adult manufactured home community in Paradise Valley, AZ and Chaparral Ranch, a 100-unit, age-55+ active-adult manufactured home community in Apache Junction, AZ.

Caddis Capital Investments worked exclusively with one of the world’s largest structured finance companies, founded in 1973 with $21 billion in assets under management, to orchestrate this commercial mortgage backed security. “As a part-time resident of Scottsdale, I could not be more excited to add Paradise Valley Ranch and Chaparral Ranch to our Trico Fund III portfolio,” said Tery Larrew, founder and managing partner at Caddis Capital Investments. “The Arizona market is prime for this type of product with a thriving eco-system for baby-boomers who are passionate about pursuing their retirement goals. ”

Paradise Valley Ranch is nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley on 13 acres, just minutes from downtown Phoenix.
