Las Vegas Weight Loss Center's 3rd Annual "Tree of Fat" raised $1,076 to assist these two families in the Las Vegas area. From December 1st-December 24th 2014, every pound lost by Las Vegas Weight Loss Center's clients was turned into $1 to support the community.The first family was a single mother who just lost her job and was not going to be able to give her family a Christmas. The Las Vegas Weight Loss Center was able to support her with Christmas dinner and gifts. The second family was a person who has been without work for an extended period of time, was unable to pay rent, and was facing eviction. Las Vegas Weight Loss Center provided the finances to pay her rent so she would not become homeless.
