Women and Technology are the Focus of Living in Digital Times’ MommyTech TV at the 2015 International CES®
(PRWEB) January 05, 2015 -- MommyTech TV, presented by Living in Digital Times and the MommyTech Summit, will be returning to the 2015 International CES® to get ‘hands on’ with the latest products, solutions and expert advice live from the show floor.
MommyTech TV, produced and hosted by media personality and tech expert Andrea Smith, along with Rebecca Levey of KidzVuz, will be filmed in the Family & Technology Marketplace on Tuesday, January 6th and Wednesday, January 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They will meet with influential women in consumer electronics, product developers and manufacturers, and popular mom bloggers to explore families in the digital age. MommyTech TV will also be available for viewing on MommyTechTV, MomTV, TechnologyTell.com, ChipChick.com and other lifestyle outlets reaching women.
“Digital innovation is taking over the home, and it’s important to keep the head of the household well-informed on what’s new in tech, and that’s usually moms,” said Robin Raskin, founder and president of Living in Digital Times. “There are new developments with trends like smart and connected home appliances, tracking devices for kids and wearables that will impact the ways that families function as a unit.”
“We’re excited that MommyTech TV will be back at CES for another year,” said Andrea Smith, executive producer of MommyTech TV. “Speaking with attendees, whether they’re exhibitors or just someone with a passion for moms and technology, we feel it’s important to be able to share their viewpoint on our network.”
The brands and products showcased on MommyTech TV make life at home easier, safer and richer as they are easily integrated into families’ lives to help them function seamlessly. This year technology's most innovative improvements are found in everyday items in the home, from the kitchen to the laundry room, and MommyTech TV makes sure that CES attendees don’t miss a thing.
In addition, MommyTech TV will feature leading experts who will discuss the impact of technology on families, with an emphasis on the Internet of Things. The interviews will also be used to announce new products from brands including:
• Whirlpool, whose smart appliance are now app controlled and work with the Nest thermostat to conserve water and electricity.
• The future of kitchen appliances is here today with LG.
• An entire ecosystem of products to help families stay healthier and safer from Withings.
