The all-day senior housing conference sponsored by Torres Law will focus on exploring and seeking alternative financing to fund and develop senior housing projects through EB-5 immigrant investors program. The EB-5 immigrant investor program was created in 1990 to encourage overseas investment into government-approved projects to help drive job creation within the US while providing opportunity for foreign nationals to become lawful permanent residents.

The American Senior Housing Investment and Finance Conference will focus on how to effectively develop projects under the EB-5 regional center program and through Chinese private equity firms to construct new independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States. The one-day conference presented by Artisan Business Group will feature the most experienced EB-5 experts such as Brian Su of Artisan Business Group, Osvaldo F.
