On Friday, January 9, 2015, Waldorf Risk Solutions, in collaboration with Biedermann-Hoenig-Semprevivo Law Firm, will host a summit at Molloy College in Rockville Centre to discuss Risk Management and the legal challenges facing non-profit employers and educators.

“There is an increased awareness within the not for profit and educational clients of Employment Practice Liability given the frequency of claims and the publicity that surrounds them,” said Bill Waldorf, Senior Managing Partner at Waldorf Risk Solutions. “Allegations of discrimination are the most common and the need for proper procedures is becoming critical to both mitigate claims but also to comply with investigations following the initial complaint.”
