Young America (YA) Announces Senior Hires to Serve Growing Business Opportunities
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) January 06, 2015 -- Young America (YA), an industry market leader in delivering flawless omni-channel marketing promotions for the nation’s most respected brands, today announced the hiring of three executives to better serve growing business development and sales opportunities in the industries of subscription services, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing.
Vlad Lamadieu joined YA in December 2014 as the vice president of business development for the consumer packaged goods industry (CPG). Previously, he was the vice president of sales for inStream, where he focused on major CPG brands, technology and financial and professional service companies to structure targeted promotional engagements at the point of sale. Prior to that, he was director of strategic accounts at SourceLink. Lamadieu attended Fordham University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Economics. He also received a J.D. from Boston University. He is a member of Phi Alpha Theta (national history honor society), the Boston Classical Guitar Society and was a volunteer at the Greater Boston Legal Services.
Paul Leuer joined YA in December 2014 as vice president of business development, focusing on clients in subscription services. He came to YA from MH Equity Services, where he created customized loyalty programs for Fortune 500 companies. Leuer executed digital brand strategies for clients that leveraged technology and data in order to deliver substantial profitability. Leuer attended the University of Iowa and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in French, and a Certificate of International Business. While in college, he attended the Sorbonne Universite in Paris and was the mascot at the University of Iowa, Herky the Hawk.
Evan Childs joined YA in January 2015 as vice president of business development for YA and will focus on the manufacturing industry. His most recent employer was QDMH Marketing Partners, where he served as a senior sales strategist, responsible for developing new business around nonprofit fundraising and for-profit marketing services. His professional experience encompasses a wide range of specialties including loyalty programs, fulfillment and direct marketing strategy for integrated, multi-channel marketing solutions such as email, digital and direct. Childs received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Montclair State University. He is a member of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association and is a past board member for Peoples First Choice Federal Credit Union and Montclair State University Alumni Association.
