We recently completed our first CUCM IVT self-test in the Cisco DevNet SB IVT lab. Comprehensive lab documentation, an enhanced test plan, and an intuitive user interface made navigation within the lab environment very straight forward.

ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of communication management solutions, has been certified for their call accounting solution, Infortel Select, by Cisco for Cisco Unified Communications Manager v10.5.

Being certified by Cisco demonstrates the dedication by ISI to stay current with industry trends, and strive for overall compatibility within the Cisco ecosystem. In particular, this certification was completed using Cisco’s new DevNet Sandbox IVT Lab.
