Kent Displays Unveils Two New Boogie Board® LCD eWriters at CES 2015
Kent, Ohio (PRWEB) January 06, 2015 -- Kent Displays announced the unveiling of two new Boogie Board LCD eWriter models – the Boogie Board Play n’ Trace Paperless Doodle Pad and the new Boogie Board Jot 8.5 Paperless Memo Pad – at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. A new Boogie Board brand identity and a new release of its Boogie Board Sync iOS® app were also unveiled at the show.
The Boogie Board Play n’ Trace Paperless Doodle Pad is specifically designed for the toy market, and is the first Boogie Board eWriter model to feature a translucent LCD writing surface. The toy’s form factor is similar to an artist’s palette, which makes it comfortable to hold for hands of all sizes, and the translucent LCD allows two and three dimensional objects to be traced for hours of creative fun. A free Play n’ Trace activity center mobile app includes structured learning exercises, games and drawing templates.
The new Boogie Board Jot 8.5 Paperless Memo Pad features an ultra-bright reflective LCD that is 50% brighter than previous models, combined with a sleek, ultra-thin and ultra-light product design that makes it ideal for the home, office, school, or on-the-go. Both new models have the familiar superior writing experience that makes Boogie Board eWriters so popular.
The new release of the Boogie Board Sync iOS app introduces the Boogie Board Live feature that allows anyone, anywhere to view your real-time writing or drawing through a web-browser. Great for sharing with an audience in a different location (e.g., a teacher’s or businessperson’s “whiteboard” copy, a grandchild’s latest masterpiece, or a personal handwritten message).
The new Boogie Board brand identity includes design elements and messaging that are bolder and more modern.
