Imian Hospitality announces the arrival of LobsterCraft NYC. LobsterCraft first made waves as Connecticut’s highly praised and widely followed gourmet food truck, winning multiple awards as a top food truck in Connecticut. LobsterCraft rolls consist of fresh, hot-buttered lobster meat and a pinch of LobsterCraft’s 12-ingredient proprietary seasoning blend, served on a lightly toasted split-top roll. With a focus on providing fresh ingredients and supporting local purveyors, LobsterCraft teams up with local farmers and artisans to provide the highest quality of food for its customers.
LobsterCraft’s savory rolls include:
- Coastal: Traditional hot-buttered lobster on a lightly toasted split-top roll
- Heat Wave: Coastal roll with habanero and serrano infused butter
- LBLT: Coastal roll with bacon, lettuce and tomato topped with a garlic aioli
- California Roll: Coastal roll with cucumber and avocado with a wasabi soy drizzle
- Surf-N-Turf: “Steak” your claim with marinated flank steak added to the Coastal roll
Other menu additions include LobsterCraft’s award-winning lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, lobster tacos, lobster salad and a kid-friendly menu that includes mac and cheese, the ‘salty’ dog and quesadillas.
Though LobsterCraft is new to NYC, Imian Hospitality brings years of hospitality experience and is the creative force behind a number of successful Connecticut, New York & Philadelphia based restaurants such as Local, The Beer Garden at Local, Lucy’s Cantina Royale, El Poquito, Rogue & Canon, and the Beer Garden at Harbor Point.
