Mercy Health Offers ‘Stepping Out’ Preview

Mercy Health Youngstown, formerly Humility of Mary Health Partners, will host a preview Jan. 17 of some of the free fitness classes and cooking demonstrations available through its Stepping Out program.

Zumba, line dancing, core strength training, healthy cooking demos and tastings will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon at United Methodist Community Center, 309 N. Park Ave., Warren, and from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Grace AME Church, 1137 Main Ave. SW, Warren.

Stepping Out provides fitness activities, healthy cooking demonstrations and health screenings throughout the year at community centers throughout Youngstown and Warren. The program helps members of the community without easy access to commercial fitness centers improve their health.
