For more than nine years the company has consistently delivered year-over-year double digit growth. Much of this success can be attributed to its accelerating client base and increased number of contracts from both domestic and international clients. They have selected Lone Star to provide predictive business and technical analysis because of its unique decision analysis capabilities. Lone Star software enabled solutions are driven by TruNavigator™, a proven 5th generation Decision Analysis (DA) tool that incorporates sophisticated Bayesian Inferencing with Monte Carlo analysis in a highly scalable platform.

This revenue growth led to the decision to expand the company’s headquarters’ facility by 65 percent.

Also during the year, Lone Star undertook a Customer Satisfaction benchmarking exercise. As a company with an unwavering commitment to achieving customer satisfaction, it was important that Lone Star objectively understand how it ranked. This exercise revealed that Lone Star’s overall customer satisfaction rating exceeding 98 percent was best-in-class.
