Most people seem to approach life's challenges with either complete terror or utter apathy.

When challenged with our own mortality a number of questions come to mind, so where can we turn for answers?

When George Andrew’s wife was diagnosed with an audial neuroma, he was informed she had a walnut-sized tumor on her eardrum. Andrew was unsure how to react or what to do next. When he couldn’t find comfort from others during his wife’s battle, he turned to the gospel and his own conviction for learning.

Andrew’s new book, “The Gospel of Mark: Eternity and Readiness,” is the culmination of his studies on the words of Mark. He helps readers learn how to best use all the tools available to them in order to prepare for eternity while bringing them comfort in this life.

“Most people seem to approach life’s challenges with either complete terror or utter apathy,” Andrew said. “Instead I encourage people to use reason, their own senses and religion to better understand what is happening and how their actions echo into eternity.”

Andrew went through years of workshops, seminars and other forms of self-education to unearth all of these answers. “The Gospel of Mark” is the end result of all that work, created to help others better prepare for the challenges they face now and beyond.
