We look forward to partnering with a company that has a proven track record in the state of Oklahoma.
Blaine, Minn. (PRWEB) January 08, 2015
When Durant Independent School District (DISD) learned its student information system (SIS) was going end of life, it began talking to other Oklahoma districts and requesting product demonstrations, including from Infinite Campus, a state-approved vendor. DISD quickly selected Infinite Campus District Edition based on the many positive things it heard about, and saw firsthand in, the single solution SIS.
“We talked to many Tech Directors and IT people in Oklahoma who are using Infinite Campus and we talked with our state reporting personnel,” says Andi Hudson, Director of Technology at DISD. “They all provided very positive feedback about Infinite Campus. And after our committee saw demos of different products, we were the most impressed with Infinite Campus, primarily because of its comprehensive functionality.”
DISD is gaining tools to streamline student administration, enable stakeholder collaboration and personalize learning. DISD will always stay ahead of changing educational requirements with Infinite Campus, the largest American-owned SIS, since 150 in-house developers provide continuous product innovation through free monthly enhancements.
DISD is scheduled to go-live in the summer of 2015 and according to Larry Bennett, Chief Technology Officer for DISD, the district has selected a company with an impressive past and even brighter future. “We look forward to partnering with a company that has a proven track record in the state of Oklahoma. Expectations at Durant ISD are high and we are excited about the possibilities moving forward with Infinite Campus.”
