Fonality’s HUD Mobile allows users put control of their business communications into the palm of their hand. HUD Mobile delivers access to the same telephony features users enjoy in the company’s popular HUD Web application – such as a live company directory with presence, real-time chat and instant messaging, conference call control, and call center queues - on a smartphone form factor, so they can experience a seamless transition from the office to the road. The new release replaces an older product, adding new features and an improved design.

Available for free with Fonality Professional and Fonality Ultimate editions, the HUD Mobile app can be downloaded directly from the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store. Its features include:

  • Secure instant messaging
  • Audio conference control
  • On-demand call recording
  • Transfer to other staff or to the user’s own desk phone
