With the upcoming launch of TICKETECH’s new Mobile Point of Sale system, current and future clients will enjoy unprecedented levels of flexibility and functionality via a mobile phone or tablet-based application, with the proprietary rate calculation, revenue control, reporting, and streamlined user experience TICKETECH is known for. A new real-time Dashboard information system will also be launched in 2015, providing analytics, alerts, and other responsive business intelligence tools, with user access controls at the owner, manager, and auditor levels. Dashboard users will also have access to a revamped user interface and new reporting capabilities in the TICKETECH Online Revenue Access (TORA) back office program.
TICKETECH will continue to add to its portfolio of third-party application and program partners in 2015 with new Mobile Payment, Reservation, Coupon and other integrated modules for its latest Ultra platform as well as its new Mobile Point of Sale system. Other recent developments include the TICKETECH Auditor, a License Plate Recognition-enabled tool that provides enhanced checks and balances to TICKETECH’s renowned revenue control technology, and the updated Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) module which allows for greater tracking and control of monthly parkers in attended parking environments.
