Female Entrepreneur & Educator Continues the Growth of Her 4 Year Old Company Training Umbrella with the Purchase of Sirius Computer Systems
Overland Park, Kansas (PRWEB) January 13, 2015 -- Training Umbrella re-branded from Go Corporate Training and expanded its offerings to include a larger selection of classes to meet the ever-changing demands of technology in the workplace.
By purchasing Sirius, a business with a 25-year history in Kansas City, Training Umbrella will now offer its expanding client base a great training and business facility for onsite classes, along with the public's ability to rent computer labs and business meeting room space. Training Umbrella will be in the Clover Leaf complex at 6811 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Overland Park, Kansas. A ribbon cutting will be held on February 5th starting at 4:30pm. The community is invited to come check out the space and learn more about Training Umbrella.
Training Umbrella will continue to focus on professionally delivering live instructor lead training solutions by certified teachers but will now additionally offer computer labs, room rentals and event space for our clients training and business needs. The four room facility offers comfort and class to participants. Yes, the rumor is true. Chocolate chip cookies are baked fresh daily as one of our complimentary snacks. Clients can also enjoy a hot cup of joe from the coffee bar.
“Many of our clients have training needs that are difficult to meet in their existing space,” said Training Umbrella founder Christy Rogers. “Training Umbrella acquiring this new space allows us to meet the needs of all clients, whether it’s in their offices or ours.”
Training Umbrella staff has experience, not only with the technology, but, as teachers first, they are skilled at helping clients learn and apply needed skills to get them started in a new office technology environment or take their tech skills to the next level to increase their effectiveness and productivity.
“We work hard at making sure we are focused on the long-term improvement goals of the people we teach. Training Umbrella is looking for clients, not just customers. Clients are those that are looking for a continuing business relationship and seek advice, and we are here to offer that,” Rogers said. For us, knowing the technology is not the same as knowing how to teach it."
Rogers says that she has earned each client and customer one at a time doing it the old fashion way - work hard and deliver a quality education solution. "We hope to really make Training Umbrella a premier education partner, not just in Kansas City, but wherever there is a need for our training.” said Rogers. Nationwide training is offered based on the needs of the clients.
