Bernard A. Krooks is a founding partner of the law firm Littman Krooks LLP and is Chair of the firm’s Elder Law and Special Needs Department. He was recently elected to the Estate Planning Hall of Fame by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). He is Past President of the Special Needs Alliance, Past President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Past President of the New York Chapter of NAELA. He has served as Chair of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association. He has been recognized as a “New York Super Lawyer” since 2006.
