Joining the team in December 2014, Pritchett will play a significant role in facilitating safe pharmacy practices across the nation through the administration of thorough accreditation surveys.

“ACHC is proud to welcome Jon Pritchett to the team,” said ACHC CEO, José Domingos. “The tremendous experience and knowledge that Jon brings in regard to pharmacy operations and compliance will undoubtedly contribute to ACHC’s ability to meet the accreditation needs of pharmacy providers.“

As a leading expert in the field of compounding pharmacy, Pritchett holds a diverse pharmacy background, earning his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharmacy) from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He holds experience as Pharmacy Manager at a PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy that offered non-sterile and sterile compounding services. Since the introduction of its pharmacy program in 1996, ACHC has grown to become a leading national accrediting organization, ensuring compliance at more than 900 pharmacies in the U.S. With a broad and extensive experience in the area of pharmacy compliance, ACHC offers accreditation programs for non-sterile and sterile compounding, infusion, specialty, and long-term care pharmacy services. During 2014, ACHC also launched ACHC Inspection Services (AIS), a division that provides sterile compounding inspections on behalf of regulatory bodies.

In the past year, PCAB Accreditation also became a service of ACHC, offering programs for non-sterile (ref. USP 795) and sterile (ref. USP 797) compounding services. By achieving PCAB accreditation, pharmacies are able to demonstrate their commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services by complying with the most stringent national regulations and industry best practices.
