At the free Career Advancement Workshop, residents and fellows will learn the details of the job-search timeline they should follow as they transition from training to practice.
This Workshop, which features a panel of four in-house physician recruiters to answer any job-search questions, covers:

- Interview preparation
- Accepting and evaluating offers
- Contract negotiation and tips on seeking legal help
- And more
Attendees are encouraged to meet with in-house physician recruiters at the event. These recruiters are hiring physicians for facilities nationwide.
The goal of the event is both to provide the job-search education physicians need and to connect health care facilities with the providers they need.
