New trends in culinary arts give students the 'cutting edge' in techniques.

James Earl Jones, a superb stage presence and prominent actor in television and movies such as Gabriel's Fire and Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins is presently hosting "In America", and a new segment about the Culinary Arts. This installment will highlight trends in the culinary world as well as what premiering student chefs will bring to the 'table'. The segment will also discuss the basis of culinary education and complementary courses for students to broaden their scope.

Featuring content regarding a multitude of industries, this new "In America" segment will feature chefs, culinary students, and various industry professionals who can talk about the road to success in the hospitality industries.
