Walch Integrated Math Sales Double in 2014
Portland, Maine (PRWEB) January 14, 2015 -- Walch Integrated Math announced today that sales of its Common Core Integrated Math I, II, and III high school resources (including state-specific customized courses) doubled in 2014. This marks the second year in a row these sales have doubled in growth.
Leading school districts from California to Georgia have adopted Walch’s CCSS Integrated Math programs and are successfully implementing them in their classrooms with tens of thousands of students. Walch Integrated Math resources, along with new online assessments designed to help students prepare for upcoming state assessments, are also being piloted in numerous districts across the country.
"Walch’s development efforts are focused on designing and delivering high school integrated math resources for our district partners and customers across the country. We’re smaller than many of our more traditional competitors, but our districts appreciate our focus, agility and hands-on, committed approach to supporting them as they transition to CCSS integrated math,” said Al Noyes, Walch’s President. “Moreover, as the leading publisher of printed and digital integrated math resources, Walch’s senior management team is in close contact with each of our district partners, which ensures that we can continue to evolve and expand our products and services to reflect actual classroom experience,” Noyes continued. “We learn something every day, and immediately reflect that learning in our product and service offerings."
Jill Rosenblum, Walch’s Vice President of Education, added, “Our team designs and purpose-builds materials to equip and empower teachers. Unlike others, empowering the teacher is our starting point, not an afterthought. Every set of course materials gives teachers all the resources necessary to provide and differentiate instruction that meets the needs of all their students, based upon their state and district requirements and objectives. We respond to feedback and requests for new components and often create custom solutions to address specific needs. This approach reflects our belief that we must put ‘Teachers First, So Students Succeed.’”
