Marsh is an experienced sales professional, having worked with top industry names such as Shearson-Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley over the course of his 12 years as a financial consultant. He has held positions as a financial consultant, regional vice president, and regional sales manager for firms such as Keyport Life, AIM/INVESCO, Liberty Funds Distributors, and Janus Capital. After his retail career, Marsh was responsible for the design and sales of the first indexed annuities for Keyport Life Insurance Company in Boston as a regional vice president. Some of his key accomplishments in these roles have led him to become a leader in sales within the industry and amongst many of the leading bank, advisor, and wirehouse channels.

Marsh attended the University of Utah and Harvard School of Negotiations. He currently resides in Bountiful, Utah, where he is the father of two daughters, enjoys the outdoors and his horses, and is an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast. Marsh is also very active in many local and national charities.
