He then went on to serve as District Manager for the State of Oregon Department of Human Services, Aging and People with Disabilities, where he directed the delivery of long term care services to clients with limited resources and regularly encountered people overwhelmed by the process of finding the right care situation.
MyCareMatch Executive Vice President Chris Dorazio was inspired to join the company by his personal experience finding care for his own mother who was severely handicapped following multiple massive strokes, and learning about the inherent challenges of finding quality care. Dorazio explains:
